Structural Technologies, Inc. is an independent Building Restoration Consulting Firm and was established to assist Building Owners, Property Managers and Associations with the accurate evaluation of building components and the development of comprehensive restoration programs. Our experience with a wide variety of construction and ultimate deterioration allows us to get to the source of problems and ultimately design solutions which prevent reoccurrence of the deterioration.

This includes Project Development and Project Management to restore or replace roof systems, exterior wall systems and finishes, balconies, parking decks, windows & exterior elements.
