Phil Mahan

President/owner of Structural Technologies, Inc. since 1993. Development of specifications, bid documents, condition reports, drawings, details, etc. as related to projects contracted with industrial, commercial, institutional, condominium/townhouse and private client base. Established procedures for managing multiple site asset preservation, annual budget requirements and procedures for selection of cost-effective materials and recommendations based on client requirements. Performed in-depth studies of existing structures to increase building performance and reduce maintenance expenditures.
1987 – 1992: Manufacturer’s Technical Consultant – Construction Analyst and Specifier including roofing, masonry and concrete floor preservation or replacement. Architectural consultant, on-site Project Manager. Background as Flooring Contractor Estimator and Project Coordinator. Owner of Chem-Tech Floor Company 1987 – 1988; Concrete Restoration contracting firm specializing in high impact and chemical resistant epoxy and urethane floor coating and resurfacing systems.
Professional member Roof Consultant’s Institute since 1994 and obtained and has maintained certification as a “Registered Roof Observer” since 1998. Approved as “Special Consultant – State of Illinois Capital Development Board since 1995. Expert witness and deposition experience for construction-related litigation. Training in Asbestos abatement, testing and handling procedures. On-going training in roofing, masonry, waterproofing, and concrete related fields.


Greg Mahan

Appointed position to establish and manage a marketing campaign focused on the branding strategies, marketing collateral development and online advertisement. Developed and managed marketing and sales force initiatives including the launch of email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, website development, SEO campaign management, online advertisement and business to business relationship development.
Responsible for the management of all on-going construction & restoration programs, facilitation, and coordination of material delivery and project scheduling with an awarded contractor. Project management activities include an on-site inspection to evaluate and verify that the installation of material is in compliance with project specifications, as well as building code and municipal criteria. Identification of any existing construction-related defects impacting and altering the scope of work. Providing photographic documentation of materials installation, worksite conditions and construction progress for the purpose of producing accurate reporting to company clientele.


Patrycja Stankiewicz

Patrycja was promoted to managerial staff to facilitate day to day operations, provide technical support and deliver administrative support functions such as pay request processing. Responsibilities include on-site evaluation and quantification of property dimensions, construction details and building components to produce property specific isometric details, plan view and elevation drawings in AutoCAD. Patrycja also assists in on-site condition analysis and financial means studies concentrating on adjusting reserve budgets to account for asset depreciation
